After years of waiting, Canon announced the opening of a training center photo. Canon Academy to be opened in December 2014 in the same premises of the headquarters of Canon France.
For years, the question was posed to Canon "? When will you open a training center, advanced Nikon Your School to you?". This is indeed a while Nikon offers all kinds of formations. The manufacturer has two Parisian addresses to provide its courses. This is now done! Along with holding the Salon of Photography in Paris (Porte de Versailles from 13 to 17 November 2014), Canon announced the opening of its own training school: the Canon Academy. An opening scheduled for December at the headquarters of Canon France Courbevoie (Hauts-de-Seine / 92). This is a first step, the manufacturer announced that will take place in Paris but without specifying a date.
This training school that caters to the Canon as "beginners, hobbyists, enthusiasts and professionals" already advance a program of 26 modules focused on eight topics: photo technique, grip, photography and its universe, light management turn with EOS, photo processing (software), photographic adventures and great stories. To provide such training, Canon has built a team of 13 people.
Canon also announced the arrival of a dedicated website where the Canon Academy with its objectives and programs will be detailed. Canon Academy will be open from Monday to Friday at the headquarters of Canon France (17, quai du Président Paul Doumer, 92414 Courbevoie). The manufacturer unveils tariff "informative grid:
- 1/2 day from 98 euros
- The day from 230 euros
- Two days from 430 euros.
