A little tip for those who do not know. How to change IP address on the fly.
Just request a new provider for its if it accepts dynamic IP. To verify that your manipulation had the desired effect, check what is your IP address.

How?

It's simple. Go to "Start" then "Run"
then type "cmd" to get the MS-DOS command prompt and type the following commands:

ipconfig / flushdns

(this command resets the contents of the DNS cache)

ipconfig / release

(This frees the DHCP configuration and frees the IP address configuration of all network cards order)

ipconfig / renew

(this command renews the DHCP configuration for all adapters ...
Ie it renews its connection to the DHCP server of your provider,
So you're likely to have a new IP address)

exit

(this command leaves the MS-DOS command prompt)

That's all ...
